Why are some web application elements not showing up on Bonobo Git Server?

Hello.
Yesterday I managed to get Bonobo Git Server up on IIS Windows 10.
There are no questions about the functionality of Git Server, BUT I noticed that some elements of the web application are not displayed: CSS (icons on buttons, etc.)
