Why are silence frames added at the beginning and end of a track when saving as mp3?
In the available sound editors, when saving a track in mp3 format, the available codecs add silence frames of 5 milliseconds to the beginning and end of the track. The problem arose when trying to create a ringtone. Is there a solution to this problem and in which audio editors?
