Why are rows not being removed from the table?
Good day everyone! There is a database in MS SQL 2008 Server, there are tables in it, it is necessary to delete a record relating to one subject from all tables, it was deleted from all tables by the standard query delete from <table name> where <condition> except for one, and when the query is executed, no error messages everything is supposedly correct: Query executed successfully (1row(s) affected)
But for some reason the record remains, as soon as I tried it, I tried it under different conditions, but the record still remains, but in response that the query was completed successfully, who knows why ?

Well, in severe cases, for example, a trigger on after, which considers something and writes "back" as a result, is not excluded. Well, or in a completely perverted version, it "does not allow" to be deleted by suppressing the thugs)
In principle, for a start, you should look at Dependencies (for example, right-click on the table and View Dependencies) and assume what and who can influence.
