Why are requests not immediately executed?

Hello! I uploaded a node.js project on heroku, there was a problem, the requests sent to the server are executed once every other time or with a delay, what is the problem? Everything worked fine on localhost, is it because the bandwidth of the host is low?
The problem is especially noticeable with put and post methods.

How can we find out what the problem is? I personally have a back for one small pet project on a free heroku dyno, and everything is quite normal there.
