Why are recommended products no longer displayed on the main page?

Installed the Russified version of opencart 3.0.2.3
Everything was ok. After deleting test products and creating your own, recommended products no longer appear on the main page. It seems that I set up the module as it should by specifying the goods. What could be the reason?
