Why are product filters not displayed on regular pages?

Hello. The default filter is not displayed in any way on regular pages of the site, while the filters are displayed perfectly on the product showcase page. Switched the pages for displaying filters on all pages, using the page id - it is not displayed. Third-party filters are not recommended.
Who knows the solution? Thanks to everyone who will respond.

You will not see the default filter on regular pages, because there will be nothing to filter for it. No products - no filters. IMMEDIATELY, it will not be displayed even if the shortcode products are added to the page.
But third-party filtering plugins, just the same, can be displayed as a shortcode, which will be displayed in the right place.
