Why are positions jumping?

After I post new texts in the section, the positions grow and everything is fine, later (during the month) the positions gradually fall to 0 tops. Then I put new texts and history repeats itself... Now, for example, the page is in 90+ place according to requests, although there is not much competition in the city...

Jumped one site from top 1 to 30 place, asked poison support a question. I was told to add news with your site all the rules. Started to add, did not help. Helped redesign the site completely. Since then, the site has been confidently holding on to all requests in the top 5
