Why are plugins from madhouse osclass not installed?

Hi all.
You don’t know why when installing plugins from madhouse it always gives errors. I have already downloaded from their site and still gives an error:

As I understand it, composer cannot find the file along the vendor path, etc. but how to install it is the task, I am almost not familiar with the composer
