Why are pictures and scripts not loading?

Hey! Pictures, scripts and styles are not loaded on the site. Error 500 is written in the console.
What could be causing this? Appeared after the transfer to a new hosting.

It was in

<staticContent>
      <mimeMap fileExtension=".less" mimeType="text/css" />
</staticContent >

I commented out the mimeMap line and it worked.

Probably there are no rights to the files.
