Why are packets lost when pinging Mikrotik rb951g-2hnd?

Hello!
I ask for advice and help. When setting up Mikrotik, I ran into a problem where it shouldn't be.
Connection via Ethernet cable, the provider gives a static ip. I configure according to the standard instructions from the net: updated, full reset of the default settings, set ip and mask, gateway, DNS. The problem occurs precisely in this place, when the Internet appears in the router itself. Ping goes through the terminal both to the external ip and to the domain name, but the ping periodically goes into timeout (about 5-10% of packets).
When connected to the same cable internet via D-Link, everything works like clockwork.
When connected to Yota via Mikrotik, everything also works flawlessly.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem?
Thanks in advance!

first, update the firmware (if you haven't already)
1) stomp www.mikrotik.com/download
2) select Upgrade package according to your model
3) drag the package to the Files window of the router
4) reboot the router

Updated, didn't help. I changed the MAC just in case, it did not help either.
Today I drove Mikrotik to another office. There, the provider also gives access via an Ethernet cable with a static ip. Everything worked, the ping does not go into timeout.
Most likely, something is not right with the first provider, but he says that there are no restrictions. Yes, and the usual D-link works like a watch and, as I wrote above, pings do not go into timeout.
Maybe someone will have some thoughts on this?
