Why are Notifications not coming to Huawei (app downloaded from AppGallary)?

For some reason, applications that are installed on Huawei or Honor do not receive notifications, although the settings indicate that notifications are enabled and all savings modes are disabled.

Notifications to other devices are received correctly.

What could be the problem?

Firebase notification is based on google play services, I suspect they are not on your phone
