Why are live broadcasts slowing down?

Hello everyone, I use a 2020 poppy (oz 16), the euro has started and I can’t see the rules on a laptop in the Chrome browser.

In any other browsers it works without delays, in chrome there are constant delays. every 20 seconds.

Already left even one tab - all the same delays, the broadcast stops and needs to be restarted.
There is no such thing in Firefox.
