Why are links not showing on some sites?

A couple of days ago I noticed that some links are not displayed on YouTube
( prntscr.com/76pr14 , prntscr.com/76pspf ). Today I came across another page with the same behavior of links - www.amcharts.com/demos/date-based-data ( prntscr.com/76pv2h , prntscr.com/76pvhz )
Problem in Chrome, Yandex. In Firefix, Opera - everything is fine. What could be the problem?

Maybe some kind of plugin cuts?
