Why are line numbers in css missing from chrome developer panel?
It happened as if unexpectedly, did not do anything before. Moreover, it does not show lines of only local files. Reset all default settings and even reinstalled the browser, nothing helped. Version 38.0.2125.101.

Solved a problem. I installed prepros , it creates a virtual server for a local project and everything is displayed in the console as it should + automatic page refresh)
just had Chrome 37, then updated to 38.0.2125.104. in both cases, line numbers are displayed in the Elements/Styles and Sources sections.
are you sure the style is coming from css?
Same problem. Updated yesterday and everything is gone. As a result, I temporarily use Yandex.Browser for development, because it is several versions late with the update and the feature is still available in it.
I join the above. Does not work (After the update, it does not show lines of local files only

Here's another thread on a similar issue Why doesn't Google Chrome developer tools always show the location of the style in the css file of the selected element?
In my case, the problem - "gone" after disabling external libraries.
In particular, temporarily - commented out:
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/prefixfree/1.0.7/prefixfree.min.js"></script>
