Why are items with api not returned?

Hi all! Such a problem. EMber sends a request but cannot receive a response. As I understand it, access to third-party applications is apparently not allowed. How to resolve it?

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://my-api/items. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:4200' is therefore not allowed access.
