Why are integrated raids constantly rebuilt?

such a problem.
on the ASUS PRIME H270M-PLUS motherboard
I collected raid5 and every time I disconnect or reboot -f, the raid starts to rebuild, if you just reboot then everything is ok.
what could be the reason? google did not really give anything, although maybe someone interfered with it ...

Oops...raid5...semi-soft raid...store for virtual machines...Hyper-V or KVM? VMWare simply won't let you do that :)
You, dear, have done everything to make your server work as badly as possible and as unstable as possible. Strangle the toad, buy a bu-adaptek. 6 - 7 thousand rubles and all your problems are solved.
And keep in mind that RAID5 definitely needs a hot-partner - so that in the event of a disk failure, the system immediately grabs the hot-partner and starts recovery. Because the restoration of the array can take several days, and the failure of another disk at this time is all, the true furry fox of the array ...

So "WHAT DO YOU WANT" ?
After the hardset, the controller cannot be sure of the integrity of the raid (because it is not known where it was interrupted there) and therefore rechecks the entire raid.
A controller with a battery can solve the problem, but not always either.

Integrated Raid is not Raid. Or hardware with BBU, or without Raid at all. Raid 5 on the server is not the best choice at all, Raid 1 or 10 is better.
