Many foreign sites simply do not load.
DNS set Google, in the router, in the settings.
It works through a proxy.
Where to dig?

At Rostelecom itself, also some are not loaded. I use Opera with built-in free VPN

Yes, these are all problems with domain locks. You have to use a vpn, or for Google there is a friGate extension that is very convenient, also not lagging vpn.

VPN only. I use Browsec (plugin for Chrome) - but to each his own.
