Why are fonts not displaying correctly?

Hello.
Faced such a problem. Some sites show Times New Roman instead of the required fonts.
I was surprised by the fact that there are no problems in Edge. Fonts are displayed exactly as they should be. But in Chrome, Opera - no.

You can see how the headings and left menu items are different.
Before that, I did not perform any actions with fonts.
