Why are files loading when opening tabs?
I ran into a problem that when you open tabs or follow links (it doesn’t matter what site is open), downloading files can start at an arbitrary point in time. Formats such as: PHP and just files without extension. In Yandex Browser, files are downloaded almost every time a new tab is opened, in Google Chrom rarely (maybe a couple of times a day), that is, downloads occur on all browsers, and this is not the point.

I think you should look at the contents of the file first.
Just don't double-click it . Open it in a code editor. The minimum that can be is you will see cracks, the maximum is hashes, which means a binary that should alert you . And so if you saw a binary, then your antivirus is not working. If the cracks and their content are the same in files of this kind, then this is a whole investigation. If the text is clear to you, then you will find the answer yourself.
I advise you to look for the answer in the task scheduler. Surely there is a script for loading this kind of file.
Browser version? downloading of this type of file is possible only if the server response specifies its type as a binary file together with the files, and not the mime type corresponding to the content. You need to find someone who changes this field or injects, this is possible on the server itself (the server is infected with a virus) at the provider level (unsecured connection or infected SORM) or at the level of an infected router (the one that is at home).
It looks like some kind of browser plugin that loads the "Like" button from FB. But it's buggy. Disable all plugins and enable one at a time until the problem manifests itself.
Downloading tabs usually happens when Alt is pressed, maybe the button is stuck?
