Why are emails not sent with MS SSRS?

There is a Reporting Service in which reports are sent by mail by subscription. Until this morning everything was working.
When sending a letter from MS SQL SMS through the same box, everything works fine and the letters are delivered. When reviewing the report subscription, I see the status "Report sent to the mail [email protected]". In this case, the letters do not reach the addressees. And all these unsent letters are in the folder: C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue. The server is running IIS 6. SMTP is deployed there. In the logs (Event Viewer->System ) it says: "Unable to deliver the message to the host "IP hosting" of the remote domain "mail.ru" for the following reason: The remote SMTP service rejected the connection request using SSL, because the certificate has expired ." How to be? Previously, I did not come across certificates and SSL.

Well, first of all - make sure that the certificate is really expired. Second, update it. Apparently - contact mail.ru
