Question: why does the letter arrive normally in Google mail, without spam, etc., but let's say it just doesn't reach the same icloud or some web.de at all?

You've omitted almost everything from the email headers, but judging by what's left, your host's ptr record looks like a dynamic one, containing two groups of numbers. Contact the hoster / provider, ask for a normal ptr.

And utf-8 is correct and not utf8
