Why are emails not coming from drupal 7 webform?

Greetings. The site has a feedback form using Webform, which should send a letter to the admin and redirect the user to the payment page (Free-Kassa). I have added some hidden fields for the payment service. In the form settings, I specified the address to which the redirect will occur, and marked the submission using AJAX. Changed form submission method to GET instead of POST.

Everything is fine, when sending letters, they come to the admin mail. But sending data to the payment service does not work correctly.

When I remove sending using Ajax in the settings, the data comes to the payment service, everything works, the user can pay. But letters do not come.

Maybe there are some thoughts about this? It is necessary that both letters come and a payment is sent. I can't change the method to POST. API payment requires GET.
