Why are drivers not installed on Windows 7 SP1?

Stopped suddenly installing any drivers on Windows 7 (x32) SP1. I will clarify - I tried only USB devices. Moreover, even those that should be present by default are not installed, for example, a driver for a USB-Hab, or a flash drive. There is also a problem with the MFP - it is not installed. On another computer with the "seven" with these devices, everything is OK. Devices are defined as "unknown device", an attempt to install the driver manually does not lead to success.
Motherboard Asus P5K.
The problem is somewhat similar to this one, although I did not try to install updates - they are all installed, there are no new ones. But in this topic there is no solution to the problem.
In detail:
1) AVG Free Edition antivirus, disabling the antivirus during device installation does not lead to success.
2) I checked the computer for viruses using Kaspersky and drweb-a utilities, everything is clean.
3) sfc /scannow says everything is OK.
4) Removing the device-reboot-connecting to success does not lead.
5) All updates of the seven are installed.
6) Services:
- DCOM Server Process Launcher (Works, Automatic)
- Plug-and-Play (Works, Automatic)
- Generic PNP Device Node (Works, Manual)
7) There is no restore point, there is nothing to roll back to.
8) Power is supplied to the device normally.
9) Connecting to another (third, etc.) USB connector does not lead to success.
10) Replacing the cable for the device (USB-Hab or printer) does not lead to success.
On one of the forums I read a solution - remove the USB controllers from the Device Manager and reboot the computer. Alas, this was a bad idea, because the controllers recovered after a reboot, but the keyboard and mouse drivers disappeared and are not installed. Instead of mouse and keyboard "Unknown Devices".
