Why are different pieces of articles on Habré rendered with different types of anti-aliasing?

Explain why different parts of the text, for example, in this article are rendered with different types of anti-aliasing? Yandex browser, W7x64. There is no problem in Firefox.

Even without zooming in, the second line looks grayer and smudged, despite being in the same div and only a few br apart from the previous one.
