Why are customers not seeing enough of their Upwork profiles?

The essence of the issue is that I can’t understand the reason for the low interest of customers, the profile is more than perfect (you can see the clock and the percentage in the picture). There are also examples of work, I sinned at a price of $ 25 (but for the existing experience and a pumped profile, I think it’s quite for myself) and perhaps tests, there are only a few of them. Share your experience in observing what the client pays the most attention to.

now I went to my profile and saw that I have 100%
