Why are container metrics not monitored in JBoss ON?

I installed JBoss ON to monitor fuse containers, installed rhq agents on them, I see an agent on the JON panel, I add, manually import the root container, which also pulls its children, but only the server level on which the fuse container lives is displayed in the metrics monitoring. how to force JON to collect service layer metrics
