Why are colors distorted when playing video through StageVideo?

When playing an flv file through StageVideo, the colors of the video are distorted.

Above is how the video looks in a flash drive, below how the same video looks in the vcl player or Media Encoder.
Has anyone experienced this?
Encoded flv file with Adobe Media Encoder.
