Why are background images not showing on mobile?

I'm making a stub for the site, I added two background images for different resolutions. In the emulator (F12) in chrome everything works. Uploaded to the server, waited until it was updated. I open it: everything works on the computer in the emulator, I look at the background image on the phone, it does not load. Why can this be? The background was connected via css.

Most likely, the old CSS was preserved in the cache. You need to try to look from different browsers on your mobile phone, then it will be displayed.
