Why are apps available in Android-x86 on Google Play that are not available in the emulator and Genymotion?

Hello comrades.
When testing Android emulators, I came across the fact that some applications are not available in the Play Store with the wording " Your device isn't compatible with this version" .

I thought this was caused by the lack of x86 architecture support in the applications. But in the Android-x86 project (android-x86_64-7.1-r2), these same applications are available in the market.

How is this achieved (integration of libhoudini or some mysterious "Support foreign archs (arm / arm64) apps via the native bridge mechanism")?
Is it possible to somehow achieve this behavior in the native emulator from Google?
