Why are all website pages 404?

I duplicated the site on wordpress to my local server (xampp). Everything has been transferred (images, plugins, database), but all pages on the site, including the main one, give a 404 error.

What could be the problem, in which direction to look for the jamb? (the .htaccess file is available on the server)

In the host file, write 127.0.0.1 site.com , raise open server. It is very difficult to understand what the problem is without seeing anything.
