Why are all USBs disconnected after windows starts loading if they work in CMOS?
During a normal OS boot, the computer reaches the windows boot logo, after which it reboots.
When you run the startup repair tool, after the windows boot logo appears, the USB ports are disabled (keyboard and mouse do not work). When System Recovery Options starts up, nothing can be done because input doesn't work.
When you try to install the system from a blank after downloading the installer, USB ports are also disabled and you can’t reinstall the system in any way.
It is curious that in CMOS the mouse is on and the keyboard works. Also, the keyboard works when choosing an OS.
When loading the debian installer, the keyboard works, but the graphical install mode does not.
