Why are all the squares on the contribution chart as green as possible?

Why, on the contribution graph, the squares are painted as green as possible, regardless of what action I performed, created an empty repository, or made one commit.

Answer 1

The color changes according to the number of actions done in a day.
If the number of actions was approximately the same (in your case, one action every day), then the color will be the same.
