Why are all radio buttons active?

Good afternoon, I was making up a form here, and there was one incomprehensible problem. Radio buttons after pressing always remain active, I could not figure out why. To be honest, this is the first time I've encountered this, everything has always worked before. Can anyone suggest what is the problem? Where to dig?

PS already there were thoughts that it would be easier to make divs and add a script =/ but I would not want extra crutches

A radio button group must have the same "name" attribute.
