Why are all phrases removed from the json file after switching the language in the admin panel?

I have such a problem, there is a script on Codeigniter, admin and frontend.
For some reason, when switching the language in the admin panel, all phrases from the json file disappear.
On the frontend, the language change is normal, I just change it in the admin panel, everything flies at once and the json file is empty.

This is observed only on hosting, on Openserver everything is fine when switching languages ​​​​everywhere.
