Why ajax requests from vue don't work in Safari?

there is an application on vue, accesses the same domain to pull up the data.
this application is located in the /admin folder,

the entire site is closed by http authorization via htaccess, except for the folder with the vue application, this folder also has htacces with content

in chrome, the application works well, but in safari it doesn’t work and writes
Access-Control-Allow-Origin is not allowed” for any request from under vue,
why does it pop up and what to do?
I noticed that if we close all folders on the http server with authorization, then the application works fine everywhere ..
I conclude that the problem is in htaccess, which is in the folder with vue (which should open it without authorization) and the code above ..
