Why 404 page doesn't work in directory?

On all pages of the site, except for the catalog 404, the page is not given, i.е. an address like site.ru/catalog/ukhod-za-kozhey-litsa/aaa just redirects to site.ru/catalog/ukhod-za-kozhey-litsa/aaa/

• urlrewrite standard
