Why 404 error in debug and gii Yii2?

Hello!
Previously, Gii and Debug worked fine, but at one point everything started to give a 404 error.
For example, if you open a database query page or any other tab in debug, then inside this panel it gives a 404 error.
As for Gii, site.com/gii itself enters normally, but further site.com/gii/model will already be a 404 error.
Please tell me what could be the problem? and in what direction to look to fix it?

If everything worked, and then stopped, and not completely, but parts of the modules - 99% that the reason is in the urlManager changes. added rules that affected the routing in modules.
