Why 1c7 RemoteAPP flies to a small window in the "Details" button of the RDP connection window?

Periodically, RemoteAPP 1c7 flies on clients into the RDP connection window if you click on the "Details" button - there is 1C in a very reduced size, only ending the session and restarting RemoteApp helps. Server2008 x64, clients have different axes.

Disable timeout and screensaver.
