Who would like to participate in a small startup in their free time?

I apologize for being off topic, but I would like to know if there are any who want to participate in a small startup. Geographical position - Ukraine. The startup is associated with online lending. Perhaps the topic is not very new, but so far it is quite free from competition in the Ukrainian market. I would like to find a front-end developer, designer. Naturally for a share in the company. If anyone is interested, write - be sure to chat! Meeting new people and experience of working with a new project, with the ability to make key decisions, is what you will gain at least :)
