Who will prompt the task manager?

About three years ago I came across an interesting task manager on one of the computers. The thing cut down absolutely any process and weighed mere pennies. Too bad I forgot its name. I remember that by default, it was called by the ctrl+` combination. A very austere look, a small window with a list of running tasks. I would be grateful if someone could tell me its name.

The utility is called ProcKiller, but it is not omnipotent in practice either. Deadly hanging processes are killed only by the saving Reset
