Who understands the sale of a Russian-language domain to a foreign company?

Greetings!
I found several foreign IT companies that have domains in the com zone, as well as in biz org and net.
But no one has registered in ru. What are the chances that they simply did not guess, or forgot, or do not understand the popularity of this domain zone in Russia?
And suppose, even if this domain zone is really not of great interest to them, then for what amount can an IT company buy a domain name, just to be safe and because it does not mind this amount? So that you understand, for example, I will be glad and $ 100. But suddenly you can safely ask for more?)
Let's say the company's capital is $ 10-100 million.
In what manner should you start communicating with them, that is, write them an email with an offer?

I don't think they need them.
And when it is necessary, they will sue you.

there is a possibility that they do not need country codes in principle, and if they do, then only certain ones. Few people take everything possible ( https://wiki.rrpproxy.net/Category:CcTLDs) to protect themselves from squatters.
It will be easier for companies to initiate a UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy), and if it turns out that your domain is registered later than their trademark, and this is clearly a trademark, then the registrar is obliged to transfer the domain to the TM owner. Without any compensation to you, of course.
