Who met the current plugin for rotating images with the mouse?
Roughly speaking, there is a picture - a circle with notches ... a gear - it doesn’t matter.
The task is for any place of the contour so that it can be rotated.
There are a lot of:
1) junk
2) looped rotations
3) rotations for one specific place ...
In theory, you need the first example from here ... baijs.com/tinycircleslider - only instead of a red dot, you need the picture itself to rotate ... it heterogeneous in texture - and the very fact of rotation is fundamental.
any ideas?

Well, sobsna .. there are no problems.

kaisarcode.com/javascript-rotate-dial
But you two don't say what you want to do :-)
It's elementary - when you drag an image with the mouse, its rotation angle in CSS changes.
Round the edges of the image using border-radius up to 50%. In general, jQuery to the rescue.
I was flipping through all sorts of cool things on the net and remembered your question.
