Who knows why ru.dbpedia doesn't work? And now how to highlight keywords?

Good day! I need to search for keywords in the text, I used dbpedia-spotlight for this before. Now I discovered that it does not work with the Russian text, the reason, apparently, is the non-working ru.dbpedia.org.
Actually the question is, what can replace dbpedia-spotlight? The most important thing is that it would be free and have at least some api.
