Who knows what kind of transitions from the address 127.0.0.1:8888/orange.html?

Good afternoon, in the last 10 days, transitions to the site from the following address 127.0.0.1:8888/orange.html have appeared in the analytics Who came across? Because of them, my bounce rate and average time spent on the site are growing very much, which is not very good for SEO. Transitions from America, do nothing on the site, leave immediately.
Is it possible to block this?

Here is the answer to your question: https://carloseo.com/referral-127-0-0-18888-google...
I have the same crap fixed on YaMetrika and in analytics. The transitions are exactly as you described, so I was looking for an answer.
The article says that the mass phenomenon has been observed since January 24, 2018 and such transitions must be filtered out from the statistics.
Those data that got into the metrics and analytics in the previous days and spoiled the quality of the acc - can no longer be corrected. And for the future, an instruction has been given, which I can’t recommend yet (I’ll check it on my sites for now), so look for yourself and decide whether to follow it or not.
For those who have a Russian-language Google Analytics interface, the process will look like mine.
We go to acc analytics :https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/?pli=1#...
Select in the third field "view" section : "FILTERS"
Filter data Filter
name ( drive it yourself as suggested ) -> Exclude Source (127.0 .0.1:8888) or whatever you want
Filter Type ( select item ) -> Custom ( select item ) -> Exclude
Filter Field ( select item ) -> Campaign Source
Filter Template ( type in ) -> 127\.0\.0 \.1:8888
Next press the button : Save
