Who knows what kind of strange transitions to the site?

Hello. I noticed in the opencart admin panel in the analytics section, transitions to our website from the following addresses:
1) htt p://simpl emp3music.download/d.php?token=6823&uri=1629433&key=5492&pub=365&r=&pubkey=362&codec=322&api=0
2 ) htt p://1i nk.cc/d.php?token=5372&uri=1629433&key=9042&pub=365&r=&pubkey=165&codec=908&api=0
Of the 30 visitors online, 28 came from these addresses. If I click on these links, I get to my site. I don't understand what nonsense.
Who knows what it is and is it harmful?

Solved the redirect problem:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} http://1ink.cc/.*$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^$ https://google.com [R]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} http://simplemp3music.download/.*$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^$ https://google.com [R]

The second link is a long URL shortening service. Apparently, this shortened link has been published somewhere and you are being followed through it. There is nothing wrong with your site.
