Who knows what components are needed for such a board?

I read this article on Habré, and wanted to make the same plotter.
I can get everything except the resistor and capacitor for the board, as I can't really tell anything about them from these photos.

I think the capacitance there is in terms of nutrition, most likely something around 0.1 microfarads. I had it on some boards (also for nutrition), but I can’t find where it lies to look.
