Who knows the simplest WYSIWYG editor like in VK or livejournal?

Hello!
We need a simple WYSIWYG editor for posts. The editor in VK or livejournal completely suits me, nothing more.
Went looking for open source. I found this page: https://github.com/JefMari/awesome-wysiwyg
clicked through almost everything, got tired, help.
Either long abandoned, or unnecessary fat.
What would you like:

• no need to support IE, only evergreen 3 versions, as lightweight as possible. vanilla naturally
  
• no complex and fat functionality is needed, even tables are not needed
  
• no need for a menu out of the box, I still have my own design
  
• loading pictures
  
• video from youtube
  

I would actually get by with the simplest wrapper on contenteditable without any menus at all, but with pictures / videos, links.
