Who knows the client_secret from APIdog (VK)?

Somewhere on the toaster I saw a question about VK Api authorization and there was a link that contained client_id=3166113 (this is the APIdog application) and client_secret. So, I lost the link to this post and, accordingly, the value of the second parameter. Where can I get this value?
