There is no "Creative Commons license" of any kind. There is the Creative Commons Corporation, an organization that has published three dozen different licenses, from public domain transfer formulas to completely non-free ones.
So unless you're arguing, it would be nice to explain what you really need: free scientific articles (why? an article is not a textbook), scientific articles, what can be distributed, reprinted and distributed for money? Or what?

Science Correspondent, nauchkor.ru/terms. "By uploading and publishing the Work on the Science Correspondent project website, the Author agrees that the project operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International open license." Thus, the Author places his Work in the Scientific Correspondent project for open use with the obligatory indication of the authorship of the Work and the full preservation of all copyrights to this Work.
In turn, I wonder if there are similar sites that allow authors to choose the type of license for downloadable work?
