Take any framework: Laravel or Symfony
- Read the documentation several times
- Do a past or new task with it
- Find a job or a real task
Make money, get real experience. You can get a job as an intern.

If you don't understand, then re-read wiki/Model-View-Controller and The MVC Concept for Dummies . Examples? Best/optimal solutions? They are not important, what is important is that Laravel, Yii and Symphony are popular now (Too complicated, start with Slim, Fuel or Pixie). It’s worth relying on their implementation until you understand that there are better options (the same eggs are a side view).
